Today’s gal pal, Karen McCullough, has a framework forged out of years of change and then put to the test during the pandemic party when her livelihood literally changed overnight.
Karen McCullough is a nationally known keynote speaker and expert on change, generational opportunities, and workforce trends. I’ve seen her speak and what I love is that she’s relevant, meaningful, and fun – my kinda gal! She makes you think, makes you laugh, and sparks a realistic path to positive change! Having been at this a while, I wanted to gain her insights into how we can choose to embrace change and the proactive steps we can take.
